The reason for this rating is because of the user friendliness, even on mobile teams app the features are really good.

Teams app is better than Skype for business

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business / Lync (discontinued) and Almo Chat

It has both mobile and desktop application which are very friendly to use and the features it has are very updated on the market.

Microsoft Teams is better than Skype for business and any other chat services. Positives: easy integration with Cloud application like SuccessFactors LMS.
