Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

I use Microsoft Teams to quickly chat someone when I need a quicker response than email. I use it to conduct video calls. I also use it to store shared files and categorized them. It's very helpful to have a messaging system to reach colleagues without having to contact them through their personal phones, it gives a nice boundary.

Pros

  • Messaging/Chatting ability
  • Organization for different categories or groups of work

Cons

  • Video calls. Can be glitchy and sometimes it's hard to do stuff in the background during a call. Can make the laptop freeze
  • Definitely a time saver when I need a quick answer from a coworker on something that doesn't need to be an email and can help me move forward with my day when I get my answer.
Microsoft Teams is a great tool and has helped keep work organized and timely.

It is a great tool for connecting with coworkers. I love the messaging feature. Great for connecting quickly and getting a more timely answer then sending emails and having to potentially wait a while for a response. I love the organization feature as well to store files and then share them with coworkers and just have it stored safely.
