Ideal application for the visual representation of document statuses.

We mainly use MindManager to monitor the status of project documents and for the graphical networking of system architectures. We also display information about locations with SharePoint documents on a map.

The graphical representation of SharePoint documents, their dependency on each other, and the possibilities with SmarRules are very much used and helpful, especially during meetings where data can be found without having to search numerous SharePoint libraries. To keep it simple, we also use roll-up maps, which can be used in several other maps and scenarios.
