Practical tool to give shape to ideas !

I use to collect ideas on my own or when have some sessions with the team. First collect all, then try to group, link the dependencies and so trce a plan.
The plan follows the order stablished the the ideas gropus and then I make a roadmap with dates and activities or tasks and a Dasboard with more relevant topics highligeted.

I write the ideas. I play with colours, sizes and styles. Then grouping, cobnecting them and moving them to ceate some order and achieve better visualization. I add feedback with other artifacts beside the ideas such a a brown paper. Once got, I validate the results and output with key people
