Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
I am a solutions architect, and I use MindManager to develop my ideas and architectural flows. The tool provides me with the basic shapes to create my diagrams. The feature that I appreciate most is the auto layout, which helps me align all the shapes visually.

Most of my work revolved around flow and architectural diagrams. The ease with which the tools allow me to do that is the value I see. The architectural diagrams are block diagrams, which are pretty easy to build in this tool. Having worked with other tools, I see this as an easier tool to use.
The primary reason for the switch was that I needed a lighter, no-frills tool. I saved big time on the licensing cost. A major need was the cross-OS platform, and this tool works irrespective of MacOS and Windows. I could not have found a better tool. Lucidchart is the next closest tool, which I could not find in the list above.
