MindManager, great solution for ideation and process mapping.

We use MindManager to create visualizations and flowcharts across the customers, partners, and competitors for our partner companies. They help us show the links across different stakeholders and provide a more consumable view than other programs (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).

We used MindManager to show the relationships between one of my organization's partner companies and their customers, partners, and competitors. It allowed us to show where our partner company sits in the market and how connected/not connected other stakeholders (the parties mentioned above) were to us vs. to the rest of the market. It helped demonstrate that our partner company sits at the nexus of the industry.
