Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Used to allow a field-based team to contribute to a restructuring of an internal filing system. With all members of the team being spread across the country, it has allowed us an interactive way to present new ideas in real-time without having to be together in a meeting room.

Export and share option for people out with the Miro group.

Reduced project completion time.
Improved idea/concept implementation.
Far easier and quicker to show outlines of plans than other packages.

Implementation Rating

The implementation again seems very good. I'm sure there are areas for improvement, as with anything, but it has been a great tool for a group project plan.

Ease of Integration

I have yet to fully understand the capacity at which Miro can be used. For a project outline and structural purpose, however, it has been great.

Collaboration

This has been its sole use. Being an almost completely field-based team, especially during the pandemic, has made project implementation a lot clearer and easier.
