Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a great tool that enables a collaborative way to run inspiration sessions, plan projects, or identify future strategies of working. Miro is being used across the organization during brainstorming sessions, retrospective sessions, and design thinking workshops to solve different business use cases.

  • Interactive way of working.
  • Flexible way to address digital business needs.
  • Videos and audio call rooms.
  • Improve projects deliverable.
  • Fast collaboration.
Miro is a well-designed tool with a user-friendly UX/UI implementation. The sophisticated features make it in need of good internet speed in order to get the best advantage of it. Adding a layer of voice or video collaborative rooms would make it completer without being in need of using a meeting solution.
Miro might need extra training for colleagues with less digital literacy.
Miro made it easier to collaborate in difficult times where meeting in person and putting post-it notes on a real board was impossible. For over two years it still is. It made it easier to have an easy-to-use tool that integrates to enable collaborative working from different locations.

Miro is more sophisticated and complete in its features; it enables a fancy way of collaboration taking into consideration better user experience, which is essential.
Miro is well suited when organizing ceremonies related to a project. From the kick-off inspiration meeting to the weekly retrospective to final stage delivery. It has never been easier to engage more people in a project without any difficulty to manage their collaborations.
