Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used as a collaborative spreadsheet for tutoring classes. It is used in our department as well as in some others. In our department, students work in a collaborative way on tasks. As a tutor, I support several groups at the same time. It forms the basis of our collaborative work, especially during online classes, and is the main platform for everyday work. It is used along with Zoom.
  • Import screenshots.
  • Write on screenshots, add notes, comments.
  • Allows simultaneous work of several people in the same document.
  • Possibility to take images with the phone and import them directly.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Many different formatting options.
  • I believe the organization of several groups and boards is unintuitive and hard to execute.
  • Editing the access rights for members of the group and others is unintuitive in my opinion.
  • I believe keeping track of members and other participants on the boards is unintuitive.
Easy to install, easy to use, no knowledge of the program is needed in order to contribute. Web interface works perfectly fine as well. It is supported by the mobile app, especially helpful for taking images and including them in the board.
Easy to use, easy to install, no problems at all - what more is there to say?
The possibility to use Miro as an application, a mobile app, or online access without installing anything makes Miro easy to use and effective right from the start. No time is needed to get used to it as it is super intuitive and new team members can participate right away.

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Easy to use, nice and neat design. Web application as well as mobile and computer application. Free version for trial and basic boards as well. Intuitive handling and nice options, such as the direct implementation of screenshots, images from a camera, .pdf, etc.
Miro is well suited for applications where several people work together and need to see and edit the same content. Taking a screenshot/graph/image and talking about it is super easy in Miro. Several people can edit, highlight, and contribute in an easy and intuitive way. No knowledge of the application is needed to contribute. I recommend it for teams of 10 or fewer people. If a group gets too big, the spreadsheet becomes confusing.
