Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been used within Deloitte across many different departments. My personal experiences with Miro have been working collaboratively with clients to drive workshops and capture key stakeholder decisions that come from these meetings. Miro has enabled a cross-program collaborative working method, allowing multiple users to edit boards live and with the many different features, it allows for extremely fluent workshops and meetings.
  • Collaborative working method.
  • Great features (fonts, stickers, layouts, etc.)
  • Ease of use.
  • From time to time I felt the Miro boards lag when editing live with others.
  • Zooming features tend to be slow sometimes.
  • Improved productivity greatly.
  • Built a stronger working relationship with the client.
  • Collaborative working with a core team.
I found the implementation very easy and had absolutely no issues with it from the get go.
I had absolutely no issues and found the integration process seamless, so I have to give it 10.
As our organization has been working from home since March 2020 Miro played a key role in the project that I was working within. As mentioned in previous questions, the ability Miro gives to work collaboratively with your team and others is great and something that has been a great addition whilst working remotely.

I found Miro to be a lot more user friendly and was able to jump in and use Miro immediately.
Miro is perfectly suited to situations where you want to create a collaborative working environment with your team or on a client project. It gives you many different options on how to present your information and with the features available it can really make what may be boring presentation work more exciting. It is a great platform to use live and when using it with others.
