Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used throughout our entire organization. With many people working remotely, it gives us the option to brainstorm and collaborate on a blank whiteboard to develop new products and processes.

Pros

  • Plug and play with multiple users.
  • Flowcharting.
  • Process mapping.

Cons

  • Gannt chart/building schedules.
  • More seamless integration with copying outside files (Excel tables, specifically).
  • The auto-scaling of text with post-it notes can be cumbersome.
  • Improved productivity.
It is very user-friendly and most team members that use it pick it up very quickly.
It is very intuitive software and easy to use.
It allows for easy brainstorming and collaboration when you don't have the ability to get everyone in a conference room. It is great for multitasking vs. having one person at a whiteboard at a time.

It is awesome for flowcharting and brainstorming among teams. I also like the presentation functionality. Tables and schedules can often be cumbersome to work with and aren't user-friendly.
