Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is primarily used by the UX side of our company. It's been used for brainstorming sessions, workshops, and interview testing. It is an easy outlet to have guests contribute to.
  • Easy to use and understand the UI.
  • Easily share the link out to guests outside the organization.
  • Provide templates and ideas on how to set up a board.
  • It might be nice to allow guests to input/label their names. In some larger group workshops having everyone anonymous makes it hard to follow.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Sense of collaboration in a virtual setting where everyone has been working remotely.
Miro is pretty straightforward. I would say that I have started trying out FigJam as a replacement just because we already use Figma for prototyping. It would be less to keep track of.
I haven't personally tried to integrate Miro into any other products.
It's made it pretty simple. Our company still works remotely so it has been quick to use and load when we need it in a large setting. It's also used for retros.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro seems great for workshopping and having people work together and provide feedback/sticky notes to rough ideas. I wouldn't use it as a prototyping tool.
