Miro is being used in the following ways:
1. Brainstorm ideas.
2. Perform scrum retro.
3. New product innovations.
4. Handle customer issues.
  • Miro helps organize our thoughts.
  • Miro allows teams to follow a step-by-step approach to handle issue resolution.
  • Miro allows teams to focus on one aspect at a time. Hence leading to quick consensus.
  • I would like to see features around summarizing the discussion.
  • The use of some charts should be considered. But I understand it could be challenging.
  • Copy and pasting stickies can be smoother. It is sometimes quite cumbersome.
  • Miro had a positive impact on our teams.
  • It has reduced customer issues and helps with quick resolution.
  • Allows concentrating on ideas.
Miro is a great tool for team collaboration. It allows handling of the customer issues and its resolution very well. It is a great tool for any kind of environment that deals with interactive teams.
Miro integrates very well with JIRA. I have not been involved in the integrations.
Miro has allowed remote teams to share ideas and those ideas can be assimilated on the board. It helps keep the team focused and provides the opportunity for everyone to collaborate and share ideas.

Miro has a richer set of features. It allows users to not only use mind maps but does a good job of being a collaboration tool as well.
Miro is suited well for performing scrum retros:
-Miro allows teams to concentrate on what went well, etc.
- Handle Customer issue resolution/escalations.
- We can get to the issue root cause quickly as feedback can be analyzed better.
- Miro board can be used for scrum planning.
-Primarily helps with focus on top issues which need quick resolution.
