Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I chanced upon Miro while looking at alternatives to run a workshop, Miro came to my rescue with its all-powerful features.
- Helps in structuring our conversations.
- Provides opportunities for everybody to participate.
- A visual representation that sticks.
- We need to bring Miro into products that we use everyday like Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- In my opinion, Miro should be made available as an offline product as well.
- Customers were happy that there was an alternative to in-person workshops, especially when we were forced to make it virtual.
- Miro helps everybody to participate so that the group dynamics don't discourage people from expressing their point of view.
Conducting workshops is one of our main and key differentiators, Miro came in as a god gift, especially during this pandemic. We were really happy that someone had thought through this so that we would use its services when we really need them badly.

Lucidchart was still in its infancy. In my opinion, Miro has a lot of other features.
