Easy to learn and comfortable to use
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
In our organization, Miro is used as a reference for when you need a whiteboard where you can all work together at the same time, especially when it comes to Agile work. We use it to create discussion boards and opinion gathering as well as for the organization of tasks at the beginning of a project. In those moments, the speed of modification and collaboration is essential to save time and at the same time maintain order.
Pros
- Allows simultaneous collaboration.
- Easy to learn.
- Keeps a history of ideas.
Cons
- I happened to change the entire structure by mistake.
- The time to live of shared links
- I find it difficult to manage large whiteboards.
- Facilitates remote collaboration.
- Maintains a history of written ideas.
- Saves time in sharing ideas.
With the arrival of the pandemic and the complete instantaneous change in the working methods it entailed, Miro was a useful tool to introduce into our work habits. Its ease of use allowed all collaborators to immediately participate in the new working method. And in a certain way, to fill the lack of the feeling of collaboration that one had between colleagues in the office.
