Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently, it's being used across the whole organization for planning and streamlining purposes. For example, I make videos, so everything from ideation to storyboards, asset collection, and shoot planning. We have made multiple videos like this, and it has been the easiest way for everyone to be clear on what we are going for as we build up the video.
  • Clipboard adaption, being able to get small previews of profiles or links has helped.
  • Runs smoothly on any device I use it on.
  • Easy to use UI, haven't found anyone who struggles.
  • The object selection: you have to highlight the whole object rather than just part of it.
  • Grouping is a bit annoying. If you can highlight and just do a keyboard shortcut that would save time.
  • I would like to be able to lock content to certain users.
  • Reduced project planning time.
  • Costing exercises performed in the call.
  • Smart planning.
I wasn't the one that implemented it but just a user. I do wish you could assign groups per project, so I could have multiple boards in a project that only select people could use.
Super easy to do and start using.
We are an international organisation, so it's handy people can use it while some of us are offline, which makes the work go a bit faster.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Other products add a lot of complication that's not needed for planning or showcasing, whereas Miro makes it simple.
One scenario is video ideation and creation. We use it a lot in the team and it works well. Really any scenario where you have to do any planning works great as a flow diagram and break-off tool. That's where we make the most use of the tool within the business.
