Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Currently, it's being used across the whole organization for planning and streamlining purposes. For example, I make videos, so everything from ideation to storyboards, asset collection, and shoot planning. We have made multiple videos like this, and it has been the easiest way for everyone to be clear on what we are going for as we build up the video.
Pros
- Clipboard adaption, being able to get small previews of profiles or links has helped.
- Runs smoothly on any device I use it on.
- Easy to use UI, haven't found anyone who struggles.
Cons
- The object selection: you have to highlight the whole object rather than just part of it.
- Grouping is a bit annoying. If you can highlight and just do a keyboard shortcut that would save time.
- I would like to be able to lock content to certain users.
- Reduced project planning time.
- Costing exercises performed in the call.
- Smart planning.
We are an international organisation, so it's handy people can use it while some of us are offline, which makes the work go a bit faster.
