Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is mostly used to map projects, programs, and portfolio benefits. We also use it during planning workshops for mind mapping and collaborating with colleagues during online events. It replaced whiteboard and post-it notes when we moved to work remotely during the Covid pandemic. It's nice to be able to store information online and not have to carry large pieces of paper around with you when attending workshops!

- Ability to collaborate with others.
- Sharing functionality.
Cons
- Better ability to grant access to individual boards as this can be confusing.
- Improved productivity.
- Improved collaboration (save the cost of time to attend in-person events).
