Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using Miro In the cross-border project, which requires conceptualization. The project is developing a master template for CMS, which needs consistency and a common look & feel in every country. To meet the mutual consensus, the presenter explained his idea by showing Miro and then discussed additional ideas with participants. The participants easily could take his idea and discuss it without miscommunication. because we can see the pictures.
  • Intangible to tangible.
  • Virtual whiteboard.
  • Get mutual consensus.
  • Language change.
  • To do function, who is in charge.
  • Scheduling function.
  • Quick mutual consensus in a cross-border project.
  • Express each member's idea easily.
  • Get lots of feedback.
Sometimes, brainstorming sessions continue for a long time like more than 3 months. When all members have a double assignment, we can easily accept that every member forgets the progress of the session after 1 week of the session. In that time, Miro is good to remind us of the progress of our discussion, because the board makes us remind. At the same time, we leave the message of "next step" on the board in the last time of the session. By doing so, we can start the next session smoothly.
As Miro can expand the board broadly, it is very good to add many points. If we use another whiteboard like PowerPoint or Google Docs, we need to change the pages when the same discussion continues. Sometimes, changing the slide makes it difficult to express the relationship with different pages.
We have several cross-border projects. In this situation, Mile makes us connect easier. Cross-border projects require avoiding lots of barriers like the difference of languages, cultures, and mindsets. In order to be on the same page, the visual explanation is very good. Miro is very good to show visuals, comments, and links at the same time.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

When we have brainstorming sessions with cross-border members, Miro is a good whiteboard to develop ideas. Especially, the Covid-19 situation makes it difficult to meet up, but Miro makes us discuss easier like we meet up and do workshops. In addition, we can easily display some examples from the internet and add the link to Miro. I think it is more effective than real brainstorming sessions in the room.
