Miro is used by the whole organization for planning across different teams. It brings an interactive experience where you can visualize what everyone is working on and how dependencies related to each other.
- Pleasant Graphic user interface.
- Regularly fed with updates about any changes.
- Interaction between users.
- A locking feature to prevent other members from making changes to specific areas.
- History feature that lists any changes so anyone can go back.
- Increase productivity.
- Negative point: Time is taken for planning.
- Overseeing potential issues.
It has taken a bit of time and mistakes from different members of the business but eventually, it happened to be a useful tool whilst working remotely.
