Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using the Miro board on projects that require feedback and input from different functions and teams. It addresses user experiences and customer journeys and allows the team to add questions or comments on these. It allows for the team to have a collaborative approach and follow up on different actions items.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Allows the team to view comments and updates in real-time.
  • Friendly display of images/icons.
  • Find previous versions of the board.
  • Zoom panel at the bottom.
  • The settings icon is not intuitive.
  • Reduced the duration of alignment meetings.
  • Improved feedback/content from relevant functions.
  • Facilitate the follow-up of assigned action items.
Miro is an easy tool to be implemented and accessed by relevant team members (login is easy and straightforward and notifications are well distributed to the team). It is very useful even with the basic function of comments only. It is also a broadly used tool, so colleagues are already familiar with it.
I think Miro is very easy to integrate into additional tools and dashboards the team may be working with. Access to the tool is very straightforward and does not have strict requirements so team members can easily see the progress of the project. Notifications and updates are received periodically making Miro an easy integration of the tool.
Miro has been an excellent tool for teams to be connected. In this virtual setting, where we are not able to meet our colleagues in person, Miro fills the purpose of connecting with each other in a very effective way. Moreover, for projects that involve colleagues in different countries and time zones, Miro has deeply facilitated the team's ability to collaborate.

Would you buy Miro again?

Miro has different functionalities than Google Jamboard, especially for Users/Customers' journeys or experiences. For projects that include interdependencies, Miro works much better as it can actually walk the teams through the different phases. It allows you to tag colleagues for action items as well as post questions and comments in a very user-friendly way.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Showpad Content, Smartsheet
Miro is a well-suited tool for dynamic projects that need input from different functions and have timelines that need to be reviewed periodically. Projects that have interdependencies are also suitable for Miro. Miro may be less appropriate for brainstorming sessions, where you would just want to share ideas and thoughts and classify or take actions on these later on.
