Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Mainly for UX design concepts and brainstorming. We also facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather details and further ideas. A lot of the time, we are using it to collaborate cross-functionally for more effective ways of getting to solutions between departments. I love Miro because of all of the great tools.
Pros
- Infinite Canvas.
- Wireframes.
- Flow diagrams.
- Tables.
- Blueprinting.
Cons
- Chat.
- Video conferencing.
- Integrations with other company tools.
- Improved productivity.
- Effective time usage.
- Micro sessions are more frequent when clear ideas have been defined.
- Everything is in one place vs many.
We have people all over the world that can leave their feedback on workshops that were done the day prior and can learn from. We take pride in the workshops we create as we have stakeholders in Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.
