Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The whole school of architecture uses Miro as a sharing site to post the work of students. Primarily used when school was online during Covid-19. Students have designated areas to post their work, which can be accessed by other students and teachers. Work can be shared, drawn over, or compared to while viewing other students' work.
  • Provide options to share ideas online.
  • Allows users to draw over and design spaces for sharing.
  • Accessible to most.
  • Nice zoom-in, zoom-out option, great for moving around.
  • Very slow to load sometimes.
  • Annoying to ask people to make an account or sign in.
  • The accessibility for settings is very confusing and hard to find where everything is.
  • Cheap and easy to access (as a student).
  • Because I am just a student, I am not sure how it would be beneficial for the company economically, but I suppose it allows for more productivity.
  • Encourages peer review, which creates a sense of competition for improving quality.
No, I do not have any key insights about the implementation of Miro, however, it was well-integrated with coursework and made it easy to access to share information.
I am neutral about the integration. I do not have any problems with it, nor do I feel like it was outstanding.
It impacted the sense of collaboration and sharing ideas very well. It allowed others to compare work, convey ideas, post, and represent their presentations. It has been excellent for remote workers as well as work outside the professional and educational setting.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I would recommend when doing a creative project online, trying to share ideas with people who are not otherwise accessible in person. Maybe for classes, or meetings. I would not recommend times when I am trying to reach someone over the internet, or to people outside the professional or educational setting because I am not sure why I would.
