Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used by some departments to organize workshops and for brainstorming.

Pros

  • Collaboration.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Workshops.

Cons

  • Integration with third party services.
  • Mobile apps.
  • Link to projects.
  • Productivity.
  • Colloboration.
  • Idea gathering.
Could do something with respect to the UI of the home page and provide links to projects.
APIs really need to be developed to better integrate with other services[.]
To a good amount where people just write down their ideas.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and Prezi
Miro's feature set is better than the other 2 Mural and Prezi.
If you want many users to contribute to an idea at the same time (for example, an online workshop), Miro is the best one can get.
