Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used by all designers, project leaders, and developers. Is principally used to set up design sprints and it's a great tool for brainstorming. We have people working in our team from all across the world, but with Miro, it is like we all are in the same meeting room.

Not really.
It is not possible to integrate it with several popular platforms that we use in Rappi every day, nevertheless, it is very easy to download and then import to other tools.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is very good for scratching ideas and putting a lot of people to ideate and organize thoughts together. But it is not the best tool for more advanced stages of management. I would really recommend it when combining it with other tools such as Amplitude, tools that help to support ideas with data.
