Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Helps in mapping the various flows and brainstorming. It is being used by many contributors in the organization. It also is pretty clean, intuitive, easy to use, and provides a rich experience to the user. Overall, it is a must for anyone to map the day-to-day happenings and present the material in an easy to create graphical manner.

Pros

  • Overall UX.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Various templates.

Cons

  • Ability to use it offline/without internet.
  • More colors and customizations for certain elements like sticky notes.
  • Dark mode.
  • Faster load times.
  • Helped map complex flows diagrammatically.
  • Represent ideas and convey it while presenting.
  • Improved the productivity while collaborating.
Not particularly but Miro can be improved in lots of aspects which will make it better and more acceptable to people at large. Also, certain aspects of the implementation like integrations with other applications can be improved. Also, the Miro team has good support and help docs which is helpful as well.
It would be nice to assign shortcuts to the boards and use those shortcuts or keywords to access the boards in and outside the apps. More so, there are a lot of places where the flows created can be used, like Google Docs, one drive, Jira, Slack, et cetera. It would be nice if updating at one place, updates all others as well.
Miro has helped to a great extent during our brainstorming sessions. With the team collaboration feature, everyone can edit and participate on the boards and put their ideas right in without much hassle which is really important as since the start of the pandemic we and everyone else are working remotely.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

It is easy to use compared to the others. Plus the options available are not too complicated for the average user. However, for high fidelity designs, tools like Figma and Framer would any day be better and Miro can probably work and improve on provisioning for this aspect of the application.
It is best suited for anyone and whenever you need a quick mock-up for your ideas or you want to represent the complex flows in easy to understand manner. It also provides a good interface for creating and viewing and an ability to collaborate with your team members in real-time.
