Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to host retrospectives for my agile scrum team after releases. It helps address any gaps we may have in our development process through a fun and engaging activity. Both our business and development users attend these meetings and fill out sticky notes for the retrospective and the models that Miro offers are great.
- Improved communication.
- Reduction in turn around times for processes.
- Better organization.
I was not involved in the direct implementation of the product.
I haven't had any issues with integrating Miro with anything.
I already stated that my team is located throughout the US and Europe so we all work remotely. It's been particularly helpful since the pandemic started. I've had sessions in Miro with users in California, Boston, Ukraine, and India simultaneously. It helps make us feel like we're all in the same room and has eliminated a lot of confusion.

Whiteboarding sessions and retrospectives have been much easier with Miro. As I said I typically use it for my retros, but it has also been easier when mapping out timelines and processes with my global team. I can have productive work sessions with members across the US and Europe which makes my job much easier.
