Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for project agile planning and sprint tickets allocation. It outlines different objectives for each sprint and all the Jira tickets for each sprint including the ticket number, ticket name, and goals. The scope of use case covers all different functions of the team including software engineers, test engineers, program managers, and business analysts.
  • Great user interface
  • Make collaboration easier
  • Easy to use
  • Page loading speed is a little slow.
  • Box on Miro board is hard to drag and drop.
  • User's names are floating all over the board when editing.
  • Reduced project completion time by 30%.
  • Improved communication and collaboration.
  • Trained new hires very easily.
The implementation of Miro has been great because it uses one platform to facilitate collaboration between different members of the project team to make sure project planning is full of interaction, collaboration, and communication. It is very user-friendly, has a lot of features, and has a very easy registration process. If the implementation can be extended to mobile devices, desktop devices, and cloud technology, that would be a great improvement.
It is very well integrated with different platforms and environments. It is also integrated well with other tools and frameworks. for example, our project has several pods, and each pod has its own scrum team, so when each scrum team uses Miro, the whole team is able to update tickets status and share real-time data at the same time. So I think the integration is very successful.
It has helped with the collaboration of the whole team with onsite and remote workers. No matter where or what time zone the worker is located in, we can easily share updates and live status through Miro, we can also have instant chat messages on Miro, it is very convenient for the whole team and it is speeding up the process for everyone in the project.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has a better graph structure, which helps with sprint planning in real-time, it displays all team members' tasks and also is easy to modify, update and interact with. Jira can mostly display individual tickets and the update doesn't reflect results immediately on the board. Miro has way better features and more plugins than Jira. I have been using both tools and they work well together.
Miro is well suited when using it for agile sprint planning, story sizing, tickets allocation, and project allocation, it is also used well when the objective is used to link stories, and to display workload per sprint. Miro is not well suited when used for waterfall methodology, or company internal important meetings because of process and security reasons.
