Miro is used by the department, which directly interacts with the customer to share thoughts and capture the customer's expectations using real-time visual communication.

Pros

Brainstorming Ideas for Customer review.
AWS and other Cloud Icons integration.
Team collaboration and making sure the teams thoughts are aligned.

Cons

Good to have templates that are more focused on System design (example: Lucidchart and Draw.io). It's hard to design using Miro.

Return on Investment

Improved Productivity.
Clear visual communication.

Implementation Rating

Improvised communication with customers on a day-to-day basis capturing the expectations.

Ease of Integration

AWS icons integration, however Jira, Confluence, and other tools integration are missing.

We do a lot of brainstorming in planning the work to deliver within timelines. For example Migration project timelines, Identifying App Dependencies, Prioritizing tasks by collaborating as a team.
