- No ability to copy and paste - this is a huge pain point.
- Limited text box sizes.
- Not great for taking verbatim notes in user interviews.
- Helped adapt to fully remote work environment.
- Combined features of multiple other tools into one.
- Allows for storing and collaborating on a lot of content in a single location.
