Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used for VDC processes across the region.

Pros

  • Process planning.
  • Visual identification.
  • Revit family creation.

Cons

  • Customized stickers.
  • Create your own templates.
  • Better organization of boards.
  • Improved understanding.
  • Quicker facts and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Easier to read for new hires.
More tutorials are required for new users in order to be able to implement this across the region.
New users, I don't have more insight yet to understand future integration.
During COVID, this was life-changing to be able to connect with team members that worked from home or remote during this difficult time.

I was not part of the selection process but I like Miro better.
It's very easy to use but it's hard to share boards when the users are not using Miro themselves. Hard time using links that ask them to log in.
