Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used across the business to help simplify our needs. We conduct everything on Miro, from workshopping ideas to developing new products, envisaging new website templates and enhancing existing ones. It's a very collaborative tool that allows us to conduct workshops digitally and remotely whilst still keeping employees engaged. We also use it with external clients and agencies/providers to help us collaborate.

Super easy-to-use and train people on, I find that even those who are the least tech-savvy (people who don't know how to copy and paste!) still find it useful. I've seen very senior level stakeholders dive right in, because it's intuitive and visually engaging. Formal training isn't really required, a big plus.
SUper quick and easy.
Miro has allowed my organization to help us collaborate both internally (meeting a number of different departments in one board) and externally (sharing boards to workshop ideas and campaigns with agencies and external providers).

Internally, boards are often developed outside of meetings and with auto save online features, people can continue to grow projects and ideas in their own time, monitoring others' ideas and growing a project over time.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is super well-suited for collaborative workships with your colleagues or external teams. It helps everyone share ideas, and you can make it visually stimulating/engaging which is a nice rarity when working digitally/remotely. You can create a lot of basic design templates within Miro and really kickstart foundations within meetings to then take to other applications for further development. You can all edit each other's notes which is slightly difficult.
