Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro on a daily basis for what we call squads. Each squad uses a Miro dashboard where we dump information on sprints, goals, and related topics. The platform is very intuitive and allows us to keep up to date with the activities of the different squads. Every time we use it we discover new functionalities. It is highly recommended for teams looking to work in an agile way!

Pros

  • Giant data sheet that allows you to place all the projects of the year.
  • Ability to hold cards with detailed project information.
  • Online work with news updates by email.

Cons

  • The scrolling around the screen could be improved.
  • Sometimes when I want to write a note, it is difficult and there are few possibilities of font style.
  • Not as practical when using a mouse instead of a pad.
  • Shorter and more organized sprints.
  • Greater agility in the processes.

In our case, it was essential to have facilitators in the use of the platform. Each of the squads that started using the platform had a facilitator who had experience in its use and was guiding the rest of the team in the main functionalities. I believe that it is essential to approach the incorporation of technology to a company in this way, because if the first interactions of the users are favorable, better adhesion is achieved and experiences are improved.
The platform is user-friendly and easy to implement.
The impact was extremely positive. Throughout 2021 we worked remotely and evolved as a company incorporating agile methodology and a customer-centric approach. Miro worked as an ideal partner in adapting to this new mindset within the company. Although we used other platforms in the past, Miro turned out to be more user-friendly and with a greater number of functionalities.

Miro is extremely useful to work in an agile way. You can plan MVPs and track them through the different sprints. The functionalities are unlimited and easy to use. It allows you to stay up to date and work online with other colleagues. The interface is user friendly and you can quickly learn to use it even without previous experience in similar platforms.
