Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used for retrospectives and presenting upcoming milestones for the product development team. It helps us to review the work carried out to complete the sprints and reach the milestones.
  • Provides a collaborative space
  • Provides lots of colour and attractive templates
  • Allows for creativity given the flexibility of the images that can be used
  • The free account is too restrictive
  • Integration with Jira has too a high a price point
  • It could do with being more intuitive
  • it's allowed us to figure out where things have gone wrong in our delivery process and cut errors by 10%.
It looks like there are good possibilities for integration, but it was hard to get my business to agree to the price of the Jira integration.
It's had a wonderful impact, especially given that half the team are in India and the other half in the UK. Miro is one of the few sessions where we can get the team united and together.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn Learning (Lynda.com), Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
It's suited to teams that are introverted and need some encouragement to say what they think in a productive and constructive way. We've had some good discussions that have come out of our Miro sessions, due to the collaborative nature of the software.
