Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've been using Miro for about 1 year, I use it for my personal studying needs and also for my team, it's the easiest way to brainstorm and get the team to cooperate using cards than we group the cards to make it more effective. We use it mainly for OKR planning and reviews. Sometimes I use it to explain something when I'm sharing my screen. I love Miro, it's a little bit expensive for the company.
  • Brainstorm.
  • OKR Review & Planning.
  • Explanations.
  • The price (very expensive).
  • More card colors, or custom colors.
  • Frames sometimes are confusing.
  • Engagement.
  • Group Builds.
  • Team Building.
  • Efficiency.
I think Miro is great, I just feel like the experience with images is not the best. I understand that is hard dealing with images and cache, but sometimes you land in the middle of the board and everything is being loaded, so it takes some time to finish. I think this is my main complaint.
I haven't used much this resource.
Miro helps a lot, the company that I work for is fully remote, and it's hard for a leader to engage the team, Miro really helps, as I said before, we use it for Team Building, OKR Planning, Reviews, It's also very intuitive, so people start using it in 5 minutes or less.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Easyretro as well. I think using Miro, you can be free, I think the MindMeister interface is more limited. I Enjoy Miro's Freedom and the board so you can have your space or either a frame.
I see Miro being used for visual constructions, I don't see it much where a lot of text or images are being used, the loading becomes slow with images. I think it's better to work with cards and words than texts and images. I also use Miro by myself so I think It's a tool for teams and collaboration, but also a good tool to take notes and build mind maps.
