Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro for all UX processes starting from the canvas on product discovery flows, for kick-off, meetings management, and product documentation. I keep all information, links, etc in one place. Miro together with BI, Devs, and the whole product dept. Without this tool, probably our work wouldn't be so well organized.

You have a lot of integrations and it's super important to have it one place and you got it.
We just keep it all in one place. While covid entered our company live Miro became a must-have tool in our organization. We couldn't actually imagine a better solution that could have a better impact on our work. What we miss is calling via Miro, as Figma does so maybe it could be better to call on work on one tool.

We already used Miro when FigJam appeared but it needs a lot of improvements at the moment. when we could go one step back and decide which tool is better for us. For now, we have a lot of documents in Miro, so when any tool will create a simple way to migrate Miro to any other similar tool you will be in danger. But for us, Miro is the best tool on the market.
It's a great tool for brainstorming and card voting while it speeds up meetings. It's a good tool to create presentations but it needs some improvements in it. You can be some kind of mentor when I need to prepare some workshops and I can use your templates, canvases, and ideas. I always have problems replacing some images inflows without making flows in some part from the beginning after deleting the wrong/old pic from Figma.
