Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We are using it across the department. For my current team, I lead the design team and we use it for brainstorming, user journeys, and retrospectives. We love the collaboration aspect especially since our entire team is remote.

I wasn't part of the implementation process, but being onboarded went smoothly for me.
Very easy! We also just started using Figma so we are very excited about that integration.

Much better UI and features.
We love it for brainstorming, affinity diagrams, anywhere we can use the little post-it notes! We like that there is a wireframe capability, but would like to see more components (or even be able to create custom ones) to use Miro as our primary wireframing tool!
