Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is widely used across the organization. We use it mostly to brainstorm ideas and come to a consensus. It helps us get together different ideas, work on problem-solving in a digital age, and also think beyond just looking at the majority's views. It is a great collaborative tool across the org.

Yes. A physical whiteboard allows you to start blank, and this was severely lacking in the digital world. Also, this helps many of us visual thinkers to sketch our ideas, and then take them to completion. It has replaced the need for a presentation. It has enabled introverts to participate, and it does not allow for lazy collaboration. It has helped collaboration, a lot!
