Overall Satisfaction with Miro

For brainstorming sessions, user journey mapping, early stages ideation, and context sharing for other stakeholders. It’s more so used by designers in the company and shared with other team members. Our project managers like Miro and prefer it over long and wordy documents. It’s preferred because it shows visuals, which makes it easier to understand the project and multiple people can work on things at once.

Pros

  • Mapping user journeys
  • Sharing context
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • Linking arrows
  • Visuals of sticky notes
  • Finding files
  • Efficiency
  • Collaboration
  • Context sharing
Really easy to start using Miro and it’s an intuitive interface that everyone can understand with little onboarding.
Makes it a lot easier to collaborate together in real-time. Especially given work from home, there is no physical whiteboard for us to jam on.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Figjam and Miro are really similar and offer basically the same things.
Well suited for early-stage ideation and understanding the customer journey. It’s also great for early-stage ideation such as wireframing or mapping out different user flows.
