Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is being used all across the organization. It helps the company during pandemic times to have a constructive dialogue between teams that can't anymore meet in person and serves as a nice follow-up structure.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Maintains well the attention of the participants due to the various interaction tools.
It helps well as a follow up documentation.
It brings the team together to tackle obstacles due to virtual communication.

Cons

Be able to download the result in a PDF format.
Invitations to be sent much quicker, some haven't received quickly my invitations to join.

Return on Investment

Improved productivity due to easy and graphic process development and definition.
Improved the communication and interaction in the team.

No, haven't been part of the implementation.

Ease of Integration

Because it is an easy tool for everyone to use. I didn't put more because I don't know how difficult it may be for smaller/ more traditional organizations to adopt something like this.

Collaboration

During pandemic times Miro helped me have a constructive dialogue with my team without losing their attention. It increased considerably our interaction and understanding when body language is missing.

It is amazing during remote working and to help the team get creative when an idea is getting developed. I don't see when it is less appropriate. It saved us this past year in every case!
