Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by the Strategists for brainstorming & to engage with clients.

Pros

  • Great ready to use templates.
  • Works well in most regions irrespective of type of internet connection.
  • Great interactive features.

Cons

  • Improvement on the chat feature.
  • Improvement on the tool palette offering.
  • Possibility to integrate avatars.
  • Better client interaction.
  • Better team interaction.
  • Quicker alignment.
Heard about it from a colleague & seemed like the appropriate tool to use. I introduced it to my team & we've been using it ever since.
Extremely user-friendly interface even for non-tech people.
It has been great for brainstorming.

Not even close. Miro is much better.
Well suited for creative brainstorming. Sometimes difficult for a hybrid audience.
