Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by the whole organization. It is used as a book note, a planner, a map that can always be changed and used by everyone. It addresses problems like planning the work, fixing ideas, and clarifying concepts. Thanks to its numerous tools it can be used in many different ways, but basically, it is a white and infinite space that you can fill with notes and dispose of them as you want.

  • Make a shared plan.
  • Presentations.
  • Space used in the computer.
  • Time to charge the map.
  • Reduce project completion.
  • Reduce project time.
  • Improved productivity.
It allowed me to have a clear vision of my work, all disposed of in the same place. Also, I could dispose of problems, questions, information in a way that allowed me to have a clear vision of the progression of my work. It allowed me and my mates to work separately, in different moments, always knowing the progression of the work.
It is really easy to put on your computer. At a certain moment, I couldn't download it so I used the browser version that worked properly, even though a little bit slower. It is also really easy to learn how to use it and all the tools it offers you.
It allowed me and my coworkers to work together but distant, but also it allowed us to work in a different moment. Being a shared whiteboard, everyone could get updated about the progression of the work. Also, it allowed us to save time and manage our time: everyone could work when they had time.

If you have to do research in marketing, composed of different aspects, Miro is perfect. You can track your research using this white page to register all the progress. You can dispose of the different aspects and sources of information of your research in the way you prefer. You can summarize concepts after a while using shapes, images, and colours.
