Miro is the right choice

It is used by our department to help with designing the products making Hi-fi and Low-fi designs, highly used in the ideation stage. It's easy to share among other users, take inputs via comments and notes, and makes it easy for collaboration with other team members. Designers are highly using it while product managers use it often for their use cases as well.

We extensively used it during the COVID times when everyone was working remotely and this helped to keep everyone focused and helped us to collaborate together as one team. It works on the same whiteboard and area of interest and hence is shared among all team members. While the designers have their own whiteboard and are locked so no unnecessary changes are done, once it's ready for developers, as in design ready, it is shared with others in a readable format with comments allowed.
