Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I have used Miro over the last year mainly in my group projects. It helps to provide a common working space for me and my colleagues to develop charts and graphs while we all work together on them with plenty of provided templates. It was easy for us to find the right one for the task we are working on.
  • Common working space.
  • Real time interaction.
  • Creating templates and graph easily.
  • Templates border in pdf exporting
  • Photo edits tools
  • Offline usage
  • Improved productivity
  • Less files used
  • Lower tasks time
If I would say that listening to suggestions of customers or specifically the suggestions related to solving issues would help a lot and gives a better customer experience. I faced some issues and found many users had the same issues but it wasn't solved in the future updates of Miro.
Miro has a great capability in terms of using the web version which makes it easier for anybody who has a browser can use it however there are some issues when you are trying to import data from for example excel to work on them on Miro however it might be out of the scope of the program but it would be nice if at least it can recognize them.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro has better and more tools that enable you to do more than just writing or sketching and which I couldn't find in Microsoft whiteboard for example. However, there were some features in Microsoft whiteboard and it is a free product also that are provided like exporting in high resolution or changing backgrounds.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), SOLIDWORKS, Webex App
