Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We've used Miro to collaborate virtually. Brainstorming ideas and concepts. Taking note of what worked and what didn't work after large conferences. Listing out how best to build out a project management system. It makes it possible for people to write on the same board even though we aren't in the same room or state.

Pros

  • collaboration
  • presentations
  • mind mapping

Cons

  • can be confusing to some less tech-savvy at first
  • sometimes people would accidentally move things they didn't mean to
  • improved collaboration
  • made it possible for people across the country to join in
  • made it easy for people to add to the board even if they don't normally "speak up"
At times it feels clunky, but if I use it more I will probably feel more comfortable with it.
I haven't integrated it into anything
It's been great. When there's a lot of people on a call it can be really hard to hear from everyone. Especially when detailed thoughts or multiple ideas are needed. Miro lets people write things out all at the same time so there's a chance for everyone to say what they want. So those of us who might not always want to chime in vocally have the chance to state our thoughts.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Anytime a team needs to brainstorm, mind-map, collaborate in a written way, Miro can be used. It's great when people are working virtually or want to be able to keep a written record of what came about in the session.
