Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for supporting our team meetings (retros, alignments, plannings). Also recently during the pandemic, our agile Couch used Miro for preparing materials for our tribe anniversary party. It was incredible.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Visibility
  • Flexibility

Cons

  • Video adding support
  • Google sheets integration
  • Increased product visibility
  • Better meetings support
  • Increased team collaboration
Its easy to use and most of the features can be found and adjusted based on your needs
The process of connecting any commonly used Accounts (google, slack, etc.) Is pretty straightforward and dors bot requires any special skills or knowledge.
We have significantly increased our collaboration inside the team. We use it in all our internal meetings and we keep all related information there, making it visible and easily accessible for everyone in the team no matter where they are located.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

The only thing that came to my mind is Google sheets. But its purpose is quite different.
Miro is a powerful instrument when you need to work with something which should be visualized, reviewed, and redacted by many people. The platform provides a lot of instruments making the described precesses easier and much more visible. However proper content organizing requires some skill and preparation. That's why the platform is less suitable for quick Presentations.
