Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team facilitates training and coaching activities for agile teams, which is why Miro is the virtual whiteboard that allows us to carry out collaborative work as well as be the repository of key information. Due to the pandemic, all our work is remote with collaborators from the six Central American countries.
  • Agile philosophy training workshops
  • Formation and launch of new Scrum teams
  • Online training material for new employees
  • Make it easier to organize work areas (projects).
  • Make it easier to understand security features such as the use of SAML and how to parameterize them
  • Include templates for "Liberating Structures"
  • Reduces the time to generate a team agreement (can make a meeting 20% more effective)
  • Improves internal customer satisfaction of training activities.
  • Work in remote workshops increases the use of training participants by 20%
SAML is not easy to implement for a non-technical user.
Easy integration into MS Teams
With the pandemic, the organization moved to 100% teleworking, so this virtual work tool has been very important to be able to maintain the team's work, as well as to start new projects with colleagues from different locations.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
It has very similar functionalities but in price, for equipment, it presents a better option.
Jira Software, Lucidchart, Powtoon, Adobe Creative Cloud Express (formerly Adobe Spark)
Suitable scenarios for using Miro are remote training and team-building activities. It is also useful for collecting information asynchronously in a predefined format. It is not so suitable for documenting information graphically, for example, if you want to create a mind map on some topic or represent a process.

Using Miro

  • Facilitating workshops with teams virtually
  • Material for training courses
  • Team building activities
