Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently using it as a team meeting tracker and because many meetings have moved online it's made for a less rigid, more dynamic, and personalized way to conduct meetings while still maintaining tracking of key elements that team members need to be aware of. I'm also using it as a way to show pictorially how different areas work or are intended to work and love that I'm able to PDF the visual created to create even more spread of the thoughts gleaned in a meeting.
  • Allows for multi person input simultaneously
  • Creates colorful and detailed layouts that increases engagement/input
  • Allows for individuality even if the same 'type' of information is being gleaned
  • grouping up the details of what you create is still problematic for me
  • easy import of data-you can do it but there are several steps to make it work
  • Increased positivity in the meeting especially at the onset
  • Attendees of my Miro meetings can grasp concepts very easily because of the multiple display tools and overlays.
You must encourage folks to jump into it with idea meetings and feedback.
People don't like change. Encouragement is key for transitioning even for this great product.
Miro's ability to have multiple people work on the board from different locations is one of the reason's I like it so well. In most meeting forums only one or two people can work at the same time but the open availability of the board as you design it makes the engagement of the team easier. This is one of the key reasons I decided to move forward with Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I particularly like Miro for developing routine meetings because I can create some data from it but also add unique elements that make each meeting feel 'special' or 'unique' so that attendees are likely to meet just to see what is 'new' in 'room'. I'm pretty new to [the] platform and haven't used it for a large group session yet but am formulating ideas/boards for that and am impressed at how I may be able to breakout attendees in a meaningful way without 'losing' them in the transition but that is something I'm in development with and not what something I can say 'works great' yet.
