Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro first of all for our Agile Projects Ceremonies, including Planning, Review & Retrospective sessions: we record our user stories, relate them to Jira even, and record the retrospective and iteration review's feedback. The boards created then, we use them even in meetings outside the Agile team, to show to Management (as a status report if you like in the old traditional Waterfall approach). However, being very user-friendly, we use Miro as a tool for our team-building activities as well: We build 'board' games, crosswords, and puzzles and split our people into teams, encouraging so to virtually strengthen our team spirit.
  • relate issues to Jira directly
  • flexibility in tools for creating board, drawing, or allowing our teams to get as creative as they can
  • easy access to all our collaborators: old engineers and new graduates both appreciate the flexibility of our virtual whiteboard
  • easier navigation through the zoom in and zoom out feature
  • improved productivity in the agile planning ceremonies
  • improved flexibility in reporting to our management
  • simplified remote team collaboration
The best agile tool I would say and the most effective collaboration tool we have so far. All the engineers, project managers, external stakeholders, business and upper management do have the same appreciation.

Miro has been a great support, especially considering the fact that we are working remotely and from home for almost 2 years. Back in the office, in our agile meetings, we used to sit in the same big meeting room and one of us would write the actions [on] the whiteboard. With Miro, since everyone has access, things get done simultaneously and much faster. Even if we were to go again back to the office, despite sitting in the same room, no one expects now to write things on the actual real whiteboard and then take pictures of it to have it 'digitalized', as it sounds even ridiculous now :)
