Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for project planning. Having a way to organize thoughts, charts, etc. makes it very easy to collaborate in teams. We have also tried using Miro for schedules - to get an overview of the year. We have also used Miro to make decision trees in easy programming.
  • Many good templates
  • Easy to find instructions
  • Easy to use
  • Support for other languages
  • Having team structures without sharing every board with the whole team as default
  • Easier project planning
  • Faster implementation of ideas
Implementing Miro to my business was very easy. Miro is easy to use, with many support articles easy to access inside the application, so all my co-workers started using Miro on their own. I also got several tips when opening Miro the first time on how to implement it in a good way.
We have not fully integrated Miro into other applications, but it seems very easy to do that.
Everyone in our team works remotely for now and we will always have co-workers working from other countries. With Miro, we do not even have to share screens when having video meetings, everything is updated instantly and we can even see where our teammates' cursors are placed.

We have tried Padlet and Microsoft Whiteboard but definitely prefer Miro. Padlet worked quite well, but the design and functions are better in Miro, as well as all the easily accessible templates. Microsoft Whiteboard was not so good, e.g. hard to link elements in flowcharts with lines.
Miro is very well suited for project planning and making mind maps. It's generally an easy way to structure large amounts of information. Miro is less appropriate for collaborating about plain text documents or datasheets. The easy way to visualize information is the most important part of Miro.
