Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My team use Miro as a day to day collaboration tool for all deliverables for our client. It's diverse functionality allows us to use it for planning, process mapping, document creation as well as running and facilitating workshops, in additional to a host of other uses.
Pros
- Facilitating workshops and group thinking sessions.
- Process mapping.
- Producing high quality and good looking outputs/deliverables.
Cons
- More availability of quality iconography or other visuals to easily use on boards.
- Smoother navigation around boards which a lot of content on them.
- Improved productivity.
- Improved collaboration.
- Improved quality of outputs.
- Improved turn around time.
Ability to engage and collaborative remotely has been greatly improved through the use of Miro.
